What are your lead times for custom furniture and millwork orders?
All of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 8–10 weeks from the time your order is placed for your furniture or millwork item to be built. Lead times may vary slightly depending on material availability and project complexity, but we always communicate updates throughout the process.
How is shipping calculated for my order?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the item as well as the delivery distance. Once we know the destination, we can provide an estimated shipping quote. Because we craft premium and often oversized pieces, we use personalized and custom shipping partners to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, international shipping is not available. We currently ship within Canada only.
Is local pickup available in Toronto?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheques, wire transfers, e-transfers, and credit cards. Please note there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions. All payments are secured and encrypted for your protection.
Are taxes, shipping, and handling included in the price?
No. Prices shown on our website do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees. Taxes are calculated and added during checkout, and shipping will be quoted based on your delivery location.
